Minotaur Beastform Spells


The Beastmoon Hunt has returned with a plethora of new features and updates. While most are focused on the new forms and arena, the old spells were also given a makeover. As such, in order to reorganize the guides and update them, I am rewriting the spell guides for each form. Rather than being organized by school, they will instead be organized by form. Look forward to the other guides, which will be published shortly. This guide focuses on the minotaur beastform spells (currently fire and myth)

Fire Minotaur

Bevo Emberhoof


Redeye

 

  • Cost: 0 pips
  • Type: Negative Charm(Accuracy Debuff)
  • Beastmoon Lvl: 1+
  • Mechanics: Apply a -50% accuracy debuff to the target

Smoldering Cat

 

  • Cost: 1 pip
  • Type: Damage over Time(DoT)
  • Beastmoon Lvl: 1+
  • Mechanics: Deal 150 Fire damage over 3 rounds to the target (50 Damage each round)

Blazing Construct

 

  • Cost: 2 pips
  • Type: Damage/Negative Charm(Accuracy Debuff)
  • Beastmoon Lvl: 1+
  • Mechanics: Deal 200 Fire damage to the target; if the target has a trap then apply a -50% accuracy debuff to them as well

Smog Bats

 

  • Cost: 2 pips
  • Type: Damage over Time(DoT)/Negative Charm(Accuracy Debuff)
  • Beastmoon Lvl: 1+
  • Mechanics: Deal 150 Fire damage over  rounds(50 damage a round) and apply a -50% accuracy debuff to the target

Ruby Shark

 

  • Cost: 3 pips
  • Type: Damage over Time(DoT)
  • Beastmoon Lvl: 1+
  • Mechanics: Deal 375 Fire Damage over 3 rounds(125 damage a round) to the target

Infernal Construct

 

  • Cost: 5 pips
  • Type: Damage/Damage over Time(DoT)/AoE
  • Beastmoon Lvl: 1+
  • Mechanics: Deal 250 Fire damage to all enemies; if an enemy has a positive ward(shield) then also apply a 200 Fire damage over 4 rounds(50 damage a round) DoT to said enemy.

Noxious Golem

 

  • Cost: 2 pips
  • Type: Damage/Damage over Time(DoT)
  • Beastmoon Lvl: 2+
  • Mechanics: Deal 200 Fire damage to the target; if the target has a positive ward(shield) then also apply a 200 Fire damage over 4 rounds(50 damage a round) DoT to the target.

Cauterize

 

  • Cost: 1 pip
  • Type: Manipulation 
  • Beastmoon Lvl: 3+
  • Mechanics: Remove a DoT from an ally and apply a 50 heal over 2 rounds(25 heal a round) to said ally.

Bombardier Beetle

 

  • Cost: 4 pips
  • Type: Damage/AoE/Manipulation
  • Beastmoon Lvl: 4+
  • Mechanics: Deal 200 Fire damage to all enemies; if an enemy is stunned then detonate a DoT on said enemy.

Bargain of Brass

 

  • Cost: 3 pips
  • Type: Damage over Time(DoT)
  • Beastmoon Lvl: 5
  • Mechanics: Reduce your health by 250 to apply a 300 Fire damage over 3 rounds(100 damage a round) DoT to all enemies.

  • Cost: 0 pips
  • Type: Manipulation
  • Beastmoon Lvl: 1+
  • Mechanics: Summon a Defensive Minion

Rust Bat

 

  • Cost: 1 pip
  • Type: Manipulation/Damage
  • Beastmoon Lvl: 1+
  • Mechanics: Steal 1 positive ward(shield) and deal 100 myth damage to the target

Let ‘Er Rip

 

  • Cost: 2 pips
  • Type: Damage
  • Beastmoon Lvl: 1+
  • Mechanics: Deal 200 Myth damage to the target.

Borrowed Time

 

  • Cost: 2 pips
  • Type:  Positive Ward(Shield)/Manipulation
  • Beastmoon Lvl: 1+
  • Mechanics: Apply a 150 flat damage absorb shield to the target; remove a trap from the target to apply a 100 flat damage absorb shield to yourself.

Cast-Iron Aegis

 

  • Cost: 3 pips
  • Type: Positive Ward(Shield)/Manipulation
  • Beastmoon Lvl: 1+
  • Mechanics: Must have a minion present to target; if so then apply a 200 flat damage absorb shield to all allies.

Grasping Ghilan

 

  • Cost: 4 pips
  • Type: Manipulaton/Damage/AoE
  • Beastmoon Lvl: 1+
  • Mechanics: Steal a positive ward(shield) from each opponent and then deal 100 myth damage to each opponent.

Multiply Armor

 

  • Cost: 0 pips
  • Type: Manipulation/Positive Ward(Shield)
  • Beastmoon Lvl: 2+
  • Mechanics: Push a positive ward(shield) from yourself to the target; If the target has a positive ward(shield) then add a 50 flat damage absorb shield to yourself.

Lingering Wail

 

  • Cost: 3 pips
  • Type: Damage
  • Beastmoon Lvl: 3+
  • Mechanics: Deal 225 Myth damage to the target; if the target has a DoT then apply a -50% negative charm(accuracy debuff) to the target as well.

Stoke the Flames

 

  • Cost: 2 pips
  • Type: Manipulation/Negative Charm(Accuracy Debuff)/AoE
  • Beastmoon Lvl: 4+
  • Mechanics: Must have a minion present to target; if so then apply a -50% negative charm(accuracy debuff) to all enemies.

Cursed Medusa

 

  • Cost: 6 pips
  • Type: Damage/AoE/Manipulation
  • Beastmoon Lvl: 5
  • Mechanics: Deal 200 Myth damage to all enemies; remove a shield from the enemy to stun them as well.
