Elf Beastform Spells


The Beastmoon Hunt has returned with a plethora of new features and updates. While most are focused on the new forms and arena, the old spells were also given a makeover. As such, in order to reorganize the guides and update them, I am rewriting the spell guides for each form. Rather than being organized by school, they will instead be organized by form. This guide features the Elf Beastform and its spells.

Fire Elf

Kellic Cinderbow


Flaming Arrow

 

  • Cost: 0 pips
  • Type: Damage over Time(DoT)
  • Beastmoon Lvl: 1+
  • Mechanics: Apply a 75 Fire damage over 3 rounds(25 damage a round) DoT to the target.

Irksome Mander

 

  • Cost: 1 pip
  • Type: Damage over Time(DoT)/Manipulation/Damage
  • Beastmoon Lvl: 1+
  • Mechanics: Apply a 200 Fire damage over 4 rounds(50 damage a round) DoT to the target; if the target has a shield then remove it and deal 75 Fire damage as well.

Dive-Bomber Beetle

 

  • Cost: 2 pips
  • Type: Damage/Manipulation
  • Beastmoon Lvl: 1+
  • Mechanics: Deal 125 Fire damage to the target; if the target has a DoT then deal all of the DoT’s damage immediately.

Slithering Cinders

 

  • Cost: 3 pips
  • Type: Damage over Time(DoT)
  • Beastmoon Lvl: 1+
  • Mechanics: Apply a 300 Fire damage over 3 rounds(100 damage a round) DoT to the target.

Fiery Spirit

 

  • Cost: 3 pips
  • Type: Manipulation/ Self Damage over Time(DoT)
  • Beastmoon Lvl: 1+
  • Mechanics: Apply a 75 Fire damage over 3 rounds(25 damage a round) DoT to yourself to give an ally 3 pips.

Surtr’s Rage

 

  • Cost: 5 pips
  • Type: Damage over Time(DoT)/AoE/Manipulation
  • Beastmoon Lvl: 1+
  • Mechanics: Apply a 300 Fire Damage over 3 rounds(100 damage a round) DoT to all enemies; if the target has a shield remove it and apply a 425 Fire damage over 3 rounds DoT instead.

Flames of Fury

 

  • Cost: Flames of Fury
  • Type: Damage
  • Beastmoon Lvl: 2+
  • Mechanics: Deal 125 Fire damage to the target; if the caster has an active DoT on them then the caster gains a pip.

Volatile Blaze

 

  • Cost: 3 pips
  • Type: Damage over Time(DoT)/Manipulation
  • Beastmoon Lvl: 3+
  • Mechanics: Apply a 450 Fire Damage over 3 rounds DoT(150 damage a round) to the target; Deal all the damage at once if the target has a negative ward.

Hearth Elf

 

  • Cost: 0 pips
  • Type: Damage/Damage over Time(DoT)
  • Beastmoon Lvl: 4+
  • Mechanics: Deal 75 Fire damage to the target; if the caster has an active shield then also apply a 75 Fire damage over 3 rounds(25 damage a round) DoT to the target.

Blaze of Glory

 

  • Cost: 5 pips
  • Type: Self Damage/Manipulation
  • Beastmoon Lvl: 5
  • Mechanics: Deal 250 Fire damage to yourself to give 3 pips to all allies.

Ice Elf

Arbenbrand Frostarrow


 

Flash Freeze

 

  • Cost: 0 pips
  • Type: Damage/Manipulation
  • Beastmoon Lvl: 1+
  • Mechanics: Deal 50 Ice damage to the target; Remove a blade from the target to give yourself one pip.

Shivering Swarm

 

  • Cost: 1 pip
  • Type: Negative Ward(Trap)/Manipulation/Damage
  • Beastmoon Lvl: 1+
  • Mechanics: Apply a +125 flat damage trap to the target; clear a blade from the target to deal 50 Ice damage(In effect 175 Ice damage since it utilizes the trap)

Fateful Ward

 

  • Cost: 1 pip
  • Type: Positive Ward(Shield)/Manipulation
  • Beastmoon Lvl: 1+
  • Mechanics: Apply a 75 flat damage absorb to the target and give them one pip.

Snow Panther

 

  • Cost: 2 pips
  • Type: Damage
  • Beastmoon Lvl: 1+
  • Mechanics: Deal 150 Ice damage to the target.

Ominous Ward

 

  • Cost: 4 pips
  • Type: Positive Ward(Shield)/Manipulation
  • Beastmoon Lvl: 1+
  • Mechanics: Apply a 100 flat damage absorb to the target and give the target 3 pips

Debilitate

 

  • Cost: 5 pips
  • Type: Negative Ward(Trap)/Manipulation/Damage
  • Beastmoon Lvl: 1+
  • Mechanics: Apply a +250 flat damage trap to all enemies; if the enemy has a blade then remove it to deal 100 Ice damage(effectively 350 Ice damage since it utilizes the trap)

Shatterstrike

 

  • Cost: 1 pip
  • Type: Damage/Manipulation
  • Beastmoon Lvl: 2+
  • Mechanics: Deal 75 Ice damage to the target; if the caster has a shield or trap then stun them as well.

Resolution

 

  • Cost: 3 pips
  • Type: Positive Ward(Shield)/Manipulation
  • Beastmoon Lvl: 3+
  • Mechanics: Apply a 300 flat damage absorb shield to the target; clear a negative charm from the target to give them 1 pip.

Snowball Storm

 

  • Cost: 0 pips
  • Type: Damage/Negative Charm(Damage Debuff)
  • Beastmoon Lvl: 4+
  • Mechanics: Deal 50 Ice damage to the target; if the target has a negative charm then apply a -50 flat damage negative charm(damage debuff) to the target as well.

Bracing Cold

 

  • Cost: 6 pips
  • Type: Manipulation/Positive Ward(Shield)
  • Beastmoon Lvl: 5
  • Mechanics: Give 3 pips to all allies; if your ally has a positive ward or trap then also apply a 150 flat damage absorb to them.
