The Spring Test Realm 2021 is finally out! It’s time to dive into some of the juiciest parts of the updates- the Skeleton Key bosses! The first of these is King Borr, found in the Savarstaad Pass in Grizzleheim.

King Borr’s Location

King Borr can be found at the spot where I am currently standing in this picture. His sigil is very close to the Teleporter Hub, as well as the passage to Northguard.

Borr is similar to Krampus, in a way. Just like in the Krampusgarten, you have the option to choose the difficulty of the duel. Regardless of the difficulty, you will still be facing this King, and his faithful minion Grendelynn.

• Tier 4 – Levels 110+ – King Borr is Rank 19 and has 10,870 health. The minion is Rank 18 and has 5,375 health.
• Tier 3 – Levels 51-109 – King Borr is Rank 12 and has 5,570 health. The minion is Rank 11 and has 2,530 health.
• Tier 2 – Levels 31-50 – King Borr is Rank 8 and has 1,915 health. The minion is Rank 7 and has 870 health.
• Tier 1 – Levels 1-30 – King Borr is Rank 7 and has 1,150 health. The minion is Rank 6 and has 520 health.

King Borr at Tier 1 (levels 1-30) does not have any cheats.

Tier 2 Fight

Cheats:

• At the start of the duel, Grendelynn will interrupt cast a Shadow Sentinel to Intercept 75% of all damage dealt to King Borr. Upon her death, she will be revived. You must kill Borr before you can defeat Grendelynn.
• You cannot Feint Borr without indemnity. He will cast a mass cleanse ward if he is feinted.
• Joining the duel after the second round will result in a Medusa to the joining wizards.

Tier 3 Fight

Cheats:

Strategy

---

• Indemnity Feint must be the first trap to be placed, or the other traps will be cleansed off.
• King Borr must be defeated before Grendelynn can be defeated, so hit as hard as you can.
• Beguiling the minion the turn of your hit will also disable the intercept aspect of Grendelynn.

Drops

All of the items from the Grizzleheim Lore Pack are available from Borr. In particular, Spellements for Ratatoskr’s Spin, Hammer of Thor, and Grendel’s Amend drop here aplenty.
