They are also referring to the fact that it’s showing Ares as having 43000 health. KI cannot reasonably expect a full team of level 30s to take out a boss with that much health. So it was still wrong even before the nerfs.

If you have these two elements this boss is super easy even at a low level. I beat this with just me (level 38) fire and my (level 37) balance friend.
Balance role: if you can get a powerplay(clockwork spider treasure card) so you get more power pips. Deck: blades, traps, weakness, DISPELL (Required) and heal spell (Required). Spam dispells and weaknesses on gladiator.
Fire role: first thing “Kill the side skeleton” as fast as possible. You can ignore the gladiator until you kill the skeleton. After killing skeleton kill gladiator. You do not need to defend at all, because the balance will make sure that the boss isn’t attacking. You basically just chip the boss of its 24,000 health down. The skeleton can be easily killed. If you want to make this faster, just buy a monstrous treasure card from bazzar. It cost 130 gold.

This may take around 20 minutes but it is worth it if you really want the armament. Sorry that this is school specific but this can guarantee that you will win. When dead just flee and walk back. Most people would prob think that they need a lv 100+ to carry them but you don’t. against the side mob, heckhound is a viable option since you would be stacking blades and mob may have a shield. This is prob the only way to beat this solo at a very low level. (Get ZUES SET FOR Fire, and get SENATOR SET for balance. This is to defend against the ice mob.
